EXCELLENT Based on 7756 reviews Posted on AChurchillVerified Awesome Great tour by Pal and Yent . Having Pal with is like having your own personal professional photographer. Extensive knowledge about the various ruins. The ice cold water and cold compresses much appreciated after each excursion.Posted on Pablo RVerified Great service and guided tour Our guided tour with Samneang was nothing more than excellent. He guided us to the best spots to look for the sunrise or to avoid crowds. He was also very thoughtful with our 9 yers old daughter, and gave us really great background for the Angkor Wat history, the country’s history and even Hindu and Buddhism. We would definitely recommend him and his company for any plans that you would like to accomplish while staying in Siem Reap.Posted on Swati DVerified Highly recommended tourist guide Mr. BUN and driver Mr.NORA Unforgettable 2 days with Mr. Bun. Sua s’dei! Welcome to Cambodia!
Cambodia’s capital city is set on a major junction of the Mekong and Tonle Sap rivers and boasts some fine examples of French-inspired architecture. Let’s begin your journey today by confronting Cambodia’s tragic past on a guided tour of the Tuol Sleng Genocide Museum (S21), a former school that served as a Khmer Rouge torture center.
It’s estimated that more than 20,000 people were held and tortured here. You’ll also head out to the Killing Fields of Choeung Ek, where a stupa made up of some 8000 human skulls marks the execution ground for the torture victims of Tuol Sleng.
Afterwards, you may wish to learn about a brighter period in Cambodian history from an optional visit to the Royal Palace and Silver Pagoda. Wat Phnom, shrouded in myth, is equally worth a visit, as is the National Museum with its excellent Khmer collection.
A suggested, more family-oriented variation of Your Day in Phnom Penh: Cyclo tours around the city are a great alternative to walking and generally include the Central Market, US Embassy, Wat Phnom, Mekong riverfront, the Independence Monument and Royal Palace.

Before arriving in Siem Reap, stop at Kampong Kdei Bridge, Cambodia’s longest ancient stone-arch bridge. Built in the 12th century during the reign of King Jayavarman VII, this remarkable laterite bridge is considered one of the longest corbelled stone-arch bridges in the world. It remains one of the finest examples of Khmer engineering and offers an excellent final sightseeing stop before continuing to Siem Reap.
Highlights:
Flexible toilet and refreshment stops can be arranged throughout the journey for guests’ comfort.
Unless otherwise requested, no additional sightseeing activities are included upon arrival in Siem Reap.
Begin with a pre-dawn departure for sunrise outside of Angkor Wat. Enter the great temple in darkness (please bring a torch) from the little-visited eastern side, and creep along hoary cloistered corridors past the longest stretch of bas-relief carvings in the world. End your touring at Angkor with breakfast outside the temple.
Continue by moving on to the jungle-enveloped Ta Prohm – one of the most atmospheric of all temples in Angkor.
Once home to 2,740 monks, Ta Prohm today looks much as it did in the early 1850s, when French explorer Henri Mouhot ‘rediscovered’ this crumbling site. Move to drive to Ta Nei, a late 12th Century stone temple located in Angkor.
Visit the southern Gate of Angkor Thom, flanked by a row of 54 stone figures on each side – gods to the left and demons to the right – and the fortified city of Angkor Thom.
At ‘The Bayon’, you will see its beautifully crafted central towers, covered in more than 200 enormous faces, and pass by the famous Terrace of the Leper King and the Terrace of Elephants.

Optional Activities:
At 8:00 AM, depart from your hotel for an excursion to Tonle Sap Lake, Cambodia’s great lake and one of the region’s most important freshwater ecosystems. Enjoy a private local boat trip to visit the floating villages of Kampong Pluk or Chong Kneas, depending on the season.
After the tour, transfer to Siem Reap airport for your departure flight. Airport transfer is included in the price.
For a comfortable connection, we recommend booking flights departing from 4:00 PM onward.
We suggest guests book their outbound flight from Siem Reap from 4:00 PM onward. This itinerary works because it does what good travel planning should do — it gives guests the big Cambodia moments without making the trip feel messy. They arrive in Phnom Penh with support already in place, explore the capital properly, continue to Siem Reap with a flexible transfer option, experience Angkor’s real highlights, and finish with Tonle Sap plus an included airport transfer.
Clean route. Clear inclusions. Less uncertainty.
