 Verified Great service and guided tour Our guided tour with Samneang was nothing more than excellent. He guided us to the best spots to look for the sunrise or to avoid crowds. He was also very thoughtful with our 9 yers old daughter, and gave us really great background for the Angkor Wat history, the country’s history and even Hindu and Buddhism. It was a real treat hearing fascinating stories about AngkorWat temples the historical, cultural, and architectural heritage of Siem Reap, Highly recommend Mr. BUN and driver Mr. NORA for a magical customized tour! We had a fantastic start! The guide Mr. BUN and driver Mr. Nora were extremely good, very humble and helpful. Mr.Bun is such a warm personality and highly motivated guide (recommendable!). We truly enjoyed walking the four of us through the area. Chilled water bottles and menthol cool napkins were truly magic.  Verified A fabulous trip Sam was a fantastic guide for our two day tour. The perfect mix of informative, interesting, engaging and with excellent English. He shared huge knowledge not only of ancient Khmer culture but also Cambodia’s recent and challenging history.  Verified Highly recommended two days tour to Angkor Wat We had a wonderful tour to the temples with tour guide Bun and driver Keal. We can highly recommend going on the two days tour, to see not only the amazing Angkor Wat Temple itself, but also other temples like Banteay Srei, built with pink sandstone including incredibly well preserved carvings. Bun told us all the stories we needed to get a fantastic experience of the beatiful and very interesting temples that we visited.  Verified Highlight of our holiday! We had a really fantastic trip! Sam our guide was so knowledgeable - he told us everything we could possibly have wanted to know about the temples and their history and context, but also about Khmer culture and modern history. His English was also amazing! It was just brilliant - every time we returned to the coach we had fresh water and refreshing towels so the heat was very manageable.  Verified Amazing experience! These two days with Mr Sam were amazing. Angkor is a wonderful place and the explanation given really add value to the visit. Mr. Sam is really nice and kind. He has a really clear English and a huge knowledge and passion about the temples and Cambodia. He gave us amazing insight not only about the Angkor history, but also about modern history of Cambodia, Geography, politics... Listening to him is really exciting! Itinerary

We begin our adventure with a departure from the hotel, soon finding ourselves cruising along scenic country roads, perfect for our trusty vintage Jeep.

Before long, we’re deep in the heart of Cambodia, where the rhythm of local life takes over. This morning, we’ll embrace the local way of getting around by exploring and interacting with local people. It’s also the perfect chance to greet the friendly local children with a cheerful ‘Sua s’dei!’ (Hello!) as they wave with bright smiles.

We continue hoping back into the Jeep and head towards the enchanting village of Kampong Phluk. As we approach, you’ll notice a striking change in the landscape and homes, signaling our arrival at the village by the lake. Depending on the season and water levels, we may either drive deep into the village or switch to a local boat to navigate the high waters. Here, life is always shifting with the seasons, and the people have learned to adapt with incredible flexibility.

Gliding through the village by boat offers a truly immersive experience, allowing you to witness everyday life from a unique perspective. Despite the challenges, the resilient locals greet us with warmth, waving and smiling as we pass by. Our guide will share fascinating insights into how the community thrives in this ever-changing environment – from fishing during the wet season to farming when the water recedes.
